We show up at their games, grab food together, laugh, listen, celebrate the wins, and stick around when life gets hard. We go to camp with them, share those unforgettable experiences, and come home ready to keep living life together.
Over time, those ordinary moments become something extraordinary. They build trust, open doors for meaningful conversations, and give us the opportunity to encourage teenagers in their faith and show them what a life following Jesus can look like. Through Club, Campaigners, camp, and everyday life, we get to be part of their story while pointing them toward something bigger than themselves.

Young Life is built on relationships, but those relationships need a strong team behind them. Our committee is made up of people who believe teenagers matter and have caught the vision for what Young Life can be in our community. They pray, plan, encourage, solve problems, care for our leaders, steward our finances, support our donors, and help make sure Young Life has a healthy future.
No one person can do it all, and that’s the beauty of being a team. We each bring different gifts, experiences, strengths, and perspectives. Where one person may struggle, another can step in. Where one person sees a challenge, another may see an opportunity. Together, we can accomplish far more than any of us could on our own.
Maybe you’re a planner. Maybe you’re a connector. Maybe you know how to build a budget, rally a community, encourage a tired leader, or simply pray faithfully.
